Where can I find the serial number of the appliance?
This information is available for each appliance and can be found on the rating plate of the outdoor unit of the appliance, as well as on the warranty card filled in by the authorized installation center.

  • The warranty card is valid only after being stamped and signed by a Distributor/Dealer or Authorized Service.
  • The warranty period starts from the date of purchase.
  • During the standard warranty period, repairs will be free of charge.
  • An extended warranty, which provides a 10-year warranty on the compressor, does not cover labor, consumables and transport costs.
  • The warranty only covers repairs, not product replacement or refunds.
  • The warranty only covers the default problems, manufacturing or quality problems.
  • Any damage related to external factors such as: Poor handling, in case of fire, lightning, improper use, unstable voltage or other action is not covered by the warranty.
  • Re-installation due to poor/incorrect installation is charged.
  • The product to be serviced must be brought along with the original warranty card and invoice to benefit from warranty service.
  • The warranty does not cover accessories external to the product, such as piping, filters, plastic fragile items, etc., and is also not applicable to an injured/damaged product.
  • The warranty is not transferable to anyone.
  • Any parts replaced in the appliance during the warranty period are non-returnable.
  • The warranty will not be valid without presenting a copy of the warranty card to the distributor or authorized service center.
